Day 1: New York City, United States

Explore the beautiful concrete jungle that is New York City. Spend your day visiting the prosperity bull on Wall Street, seek out panoramic views from the Empire State Building and gaze upon the city from the architecturally pleasing Brooklyn Bridge. You’re also spoilt for choice with the Guggenheim and the Met.

Day 2-8: At Sea

Your day at sea will allow you to take full advantage of everything the ship has to offer. Seek out hidden treasures and make the most of the facilities onboard. Day 9: Funchal, Portugal

Funchal is sheltered by hills, and recognised for its harbour, gardens and Madeira wine cellars. The centuries-old Cathedral mixes Gothic and Roman styles, with the carved wooden ceiling as its pièce de résistance. Fronting the harbour is the São Tiago Fortress, built in the 1600s and now houses the Contemporary Art Museum, with a large collection of Portuguese inspired pieces.

Cartagena traces its roots back to the peak period of the Roman Empire, a city of juxtaposition between modern buildings and ancient ruins.

Day 14: Florence (Livorno), Italy

Florence, capital of Italy’s Tuscany region, is home to many masterpieces of Renaissance art and architecture. Florence's most iconic sights are the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio & Piazza della Signoria. Florence is also home to the famous David of Michelangelo statue. Florence is a beautiful city best explored by foot, however if you wish to venture away from the city, Florence may be your starting point for a day trip to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa, explore the Tuscan villages, or the colourful seaside towns of Cinque Terre.

Day 15: Civitavecchia (Rome Port), Italy

Endless adventures await in Rome. With two and a half thousand years of history, art and culture, it is no wonder Rome is one of the most visited cities on the planet. Gaze at the masterpieces of the Vatican or walk into the past with visits to ancient relics, historic monuments and legendary museums. Or people-watch while sipping on an espresso in a quaint cafe.

Day 16: Naples, Italy

Cruise to Naples, located on Italy’s stunning Amalfi coast, a city embellished in history. Touring around Naples’ grand piazzas, cathedrals and castles in the old centre will fill that cultural need. Pompeii is not too far either, a dashing city which boasts diverse cultural offerings and charming streets.

Day 18: Santorini, Greece

Santorini is one of the most formidable islands in the world, famed for beautiful food, pristine water and unrivalled sunsets, in the foreground are the post card whitewashed buildings. Perceptions are had about the lost city of Atlantis being located here due to Santorini’s subtle mystery.

Day 19: Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey

Ephesus was an ancient Greek city on the coast of Iona in Turkey. It is said that this city of Ephesus was created by Androclosthe son of the king of Athens. Take a trip to see the 10th-century ruins there including the Temple of Artemis a shrine of the goddess Artemis. Ephesus is also said to be home the House of Virgin Mary, as well as the St John Basilica.

Day 20: Mykonos, Greece

Explore this quintessential Greek island with pristine white houses with blue accents and beautiful beaches. Once you’ve seen one of the famous sunsets, you’ll understand why this is the most visited island in the region!

Day 21: Rhodes, Greece

Rhodes is positioned off the coast of Turkey and blends history and beauty in to one. You are guaranteed to be in awe of the Grand Masters Palace and the old fortified city provides a great walk back in time.

Day 22: Chania (Crete), Greece

Known for its 14th-century Venetian harbour, narrow streets and waterfront restaurants, Chania is a quaint town on the island of Crete in Greece. Taste the traditional cuisine in the small taverns and small cafes around the old harbour. Be sure to explore Venetian ruins as you enjoy your snooping at the market hall.
