The only state capital in the USA that can only be reached by boat or seaplane. With no road access and its extreme remote location, the wildlife and wilderness in Juneau are second to none! Go sea kayaking, pan for gold, visit a salmon hatchery, or take a whale watching trip. Don’t miss the Mendenhall Glacier and a glimpse back to the ice-age!Day 5: Skagway, Alaska
Gold was discovered nearby in 1896, causing Skagway to grow quickly. You can see gold rush era buildings preserved in the Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park. Another activity from this period, the Yukon Route Rail Road will take you on a vintage locomotive tour of the area with fantastic views out over the mountains.Day 6: Cruise Glacier Bay
One of the highlights of this cruise is exploring Glacier Bay National Park. Comprised of 3.3 million acres of natural wonders, it is home to magnificent glaciers (especially Sawyer Glacier), snow-capped mountains and an abundance of birds and wildlife.Day 7: Hubbard Glacier (Cruising)

The 55 mile long road up through the mountainous lush green hills of Maui towards the small town of Hana features waterfalls, rugged cliffs and stunning ocean views. Make sure to take your camera!Day 17: Hilo, Big Island
Welcome to the island of Hawaii, know as ‘The Big Island’. There are 13 different micro-climates here creating everything from arid deserts to steamy tropical rainforests, black sand beaches, and snow-capped volcanoes. From the port in Hilo you can go for a walk in the spectacular botanical gardens, explore the lava covered town of Kalapana, or go hiking through water falls in Volcano National Park. Make sure to visit Kilauea, the worlds most active volcano.Day 18: Kona, Big Island
This side of the island has a sunny warm climate which means it is perfect for water sports and spending time on the beach! They are well known for their Kona Coffee which is made on the islands and can be seen growing in the surrounding fields along with the macadamia nut trees. Feeling adventurous?
