Day 1-2: Tromso, Norway

Day 3: Tromso, Norway

Day 4: Svolvaer,Norway

Day 7: Bergen, Norway

Day 8: Lerwick (Shetland Islands), Scotland

Lerwick is the main port of the Shetland Islands. Step back in time at the Shetland Museum and Scalloway Castle or be engrossed by the sheer size of natural cliffs and stunning scenery in Noss. Named a national nature reserve in 1955, Noss is just 3.4 square kilometres but hosts some of the best natural wonders in Scotland.

Day 9: Edinburgh, Scotland

Welcome to the capital of Scotland! This hilly city boasts a preserved, medieval Old Town and an invigorating Georgian New Town with stunning gardens. Edinburgh Castle keeps watch over the city, withholding Scotland’s crown jewels and the Stone of Destiny which is used in the coronation of Scottish rulers. A must visit is Calton Hill, topped with historic memorials and monuments.

Day 10: Kirkwall, Orkney Islands

In Kirkwall join the cruise team to visit Skaill House a 17th century mansion with the best preserved prehistoric village in Europe in its grounds. Whiskey fans must visit Highlands Park, the most Northerly Whiskey distillery in the world for a tasting of the unique Whiskey and a tour of the distillery.

Day 11: Torshavn, Faroe Islands

Named after Tór, the god of weather, strength and growth in Norse mythology, Torshavn is an appealing spot in the North Atlantic Ocean with plenty of culture, nature and good food.

Day 12: Djupivogur, Iceland

Welcome to Djupivogur! Surrounded by imposing mountains, gushing waterfalls, steep cliffs and stunning fjords, this quaint Icelandic fishing village couldn’t have a more picturesque setting. Be sure to check out the Eggs of Merry Bay, a collection of 34 granite egg sculptures that represent various local bird species. Later, take a boat to Papey Island, a tiny island home to seals, puffins and Iceland’s smallest wooden church.

Day 13: Akureyri, Iceland

Iceland’s second largest city is home to integral ship ports and fishing centres. Enjoy a bustling nightlife and gourmet food amongst stunning snow-capped mountains and fjords or soak up robust folk culture. Whatever you choose, it will be memorable.

Day 14: Ittoqqortoormiit, Greenland

Ittoqqortoormiit is a very remote city in Eastern Greenland. Discover the raw and breathtaking beauty of the nearby fjord system and icebergs.

Day 15: Scoresby Sound (Scenic Cruising)

Enjoy a day of scenic cruising through the Scoresby Sound, the largest fjord system in the world.

Day 16: Isafjordur, Iceland

Welcome to Isafjordur, home to towering peaks of untouched wilderness. The prosperous fishing town was formed by ancient volcanoes and settled in the ninth century by Vikings. Explore the narrow streets and 18th century timber structures that fill the town then spend some time learning about the regions history.
