This volcanic island offers stunning beaches to the west of the island, with rainforest & mountains covering the rest of the island.Day 15-16: At Sea
A bustling port town with year-round warm weather, Richards Bay is home to South Africa's largest harbour. The golden sands of the coastline stretch from the Tugela River to the border of Mozambique. These serene beaches are also home to the Richards Bay Game Reserve, a protected lagoon that is home to aquatic birds, hippos, sharks and crocodiles. Make time to see Richards Bay Game Reserve or The Richards Bay Lagoon!Day 18: Port Elizabeth, South Africa
Port Elizabeth situated along Algoa Bay in South Africa's Eastern Cape Province. A major port, it's also known for its numerous beaches. The Donkin Heritage Trail takes in the Old Hill neighbourhood's Victorian landmarks. Coastal boat tours spot whales & rare seabirds. Kragga Kamma Game Park is a small reserve within the Nelson Mandela Bay is home to elephants, rhinos, other big game & also offers cheetah encounters!Day 19: Mossel Bay, South Africa
Mossel Bay is situated on the Garden Route in South Africa’s Western Cape Province. It’s known for the wide Santos Beach and the 19th-century Cape St. Blaize Lighthouse, which offers stunning bay views. The Bartolomeu Dias Museum Complex includes the Maritime Museum, the Shell Museum & botanical gardens. The Post Office Tree, a milkwood tree in the complex, has been used as a mail collection point since the 1500s.Day 20: Cape Town, South Africa
Cape Town is situated beneath the imposing Table Mountain. Slowly rotating cable cars climb to the mountain’s flat top, from which there are sweeping views of the city, the busy harbour & boats heading for Robben Island, the notorious prison that once held Nelson Mandela, which is now a living museum.
