Day 1-3: New York City, United States

Welcome to New York, the city that never sleeps! Spend your day 3 night hotel stay visiting the prosperity bull on Wall Street, seek out panoramic views from the Empire State Building and gaze upon the city from the architecturally pleasing Brooklyn Bridge. You’re also spoilt for choice with the Guggenheim and the Met.

Day 4: Miami (Florida), United States of America

Enjoy your one way flight from New York to Miami! Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to embark your 22 Night Cruise from Miami to Cyprus Onboard Rhapsody of the Seas.

Day 5-11: At Sea

Your days at sea will allow you to take full advantage of everything the ship has to offer. Seek out hidden treasures and make the most of the facilities onboard. All of the ship’s activities can be found in the vessel’s daily newsletter. If relaxation is on your mind then your sea day will allow you to sit back, soak in ship life and watch the world as it floats by you.

Day 12: Funchal, Portugal

Funchal is sheltered by hills, and recognised for its harbour, gardens and Madeira wine cellars. The centuries-old Cathedral mixes Gothic and Roman styles, with the carved wooden ceiling as its pièce de résistance. Fronting the harbour is the São Tiago Fortress, built in the 1600s and now houses the Contemporary Art Museum, with a large collection of Portuguese inspired pieces.

Enjoy a relaxing day at sea.

Day 14: Malaga, Spain

An exploration of Malaga will leave you intrigued with its blend of Arabian and European influences. The trip is only complete with a visit to The Alhambra, a fine example of Moorish art.

Day 17: Messina (Sicily), Italy

Stroll through Messina’s Piazza Cairoli taking in magnificent fountains and cathedrals, or sip Marsala wine at a sidewalk cafe. Rhodes is positioned off the coast of Turkey and blends history and beauty in to one. You are guaranteed to be in awe of the Grand Masters Palace and the old fortified city provides a great walk back in time.

Day 21: Limassol, Cyprus

Limassol – or Lemoses – is the second largest urban area in Cyprus, this is a bustling and vibrant city with plenty to offer. The compact centre snakes around an old castle, and is packed with boutiques, restaurants and bars.

Day 22: Port Said, Egypt

Port Said was established during the building of the Suez Canal, built along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. during the first half of the 20th century, Port Said as a bustling metropolis inhabited by people from many different nationalities, this is visible throughout the city thanks to the grand old building that line the streets. Popular attractions in the city include the Port Said Lighthouse standing at the beginning of the Suez Canal, the Military Museum & Modern Art Museum. As a gateway port to Cairo, from Port Said you may have the chance to take in the last of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World still in existence – the Great Pyramid of Giza, see the treasures of Tutankhamun at the Egyptian Museum or perhaps take a leisurely cruise along the magnificent Nile River.

Day 23: Alexandria, Egypt

Welcome to Alexandria, Egypt! The towering Pharos lighthouse, marks the ancient harbour’s entrance, was one of the Seven Wonders of the World, along with its Great Library was considered the archive of ancient knowledge.

Day 24: At Sea
