Welcome to Fiji’s Viti Levu island. Find cafes, restaurants, bars, retail outlets, and day spas in Port Denarau or visit nearby Nadi Town, just a short 10-minute drive away. Sailing, fishing, snorkelling, and 4WD adventures are popular excursions. Enjoy your two-night hotel stay.

Day 3: Port Denarau, Fiji

Today you set sail on your 7 night Fijian Island Cruise Onboard Fiji Princess. The highlight of your cruise today is Modriki Island. A small island made famous by the 2001 film, Castaway, starring Tom Hanks and his spherical counterpart. The 100-acre island can be trekked on foot in a short amount of time or spend a few hours snorkelling amongst the beautiful coral reefs.

Day 4: Soso Bay, Fiji

Cruising aboard the Fiji Princess today en-route to Soso Bay will offer the chance to swim with sharks (weather permitting) on a secret reef. Once in Soso, you will have a chance to visit the village and meet some of the locals. Tonight aboard the ship will be Bollywood-themed. Look forward to a traditional Thali dinner, accompanied by Bollywood movies and dancing.

Day 5: Naukacuvu Island, Fiji

Before leaving Soso there will be a chance to attend the local village church service. After church, the cruise continues south to Naukacuvu Island. The Blue Lagoon Cruises Crew will prepare a traditional Sunday roast for lunch on board the boat, followed by a Fijian cooking lesson in the afternoon. This evening’s dinner will be an Asian-themed buffet followed by a ‘Fiji style’ bingo night with lots of great prizes to be won.

Day 6: Waya Island, Fiji

Welcome to Yalobi Bay on Waya Island. This pristine paradise is located within the Sacred Isles, believed to be the birthplace of Fijian culture and legends. Spend your day swimming, snorkelling, and admiring the beauty of the Waya Lailai volcanic formations. Later, enjoy Fiji style high tea, followed by a cooking lesson on how to make Fijian Roti.

Day 7: Blue Lagoon – Yasawa Island, Fiji

Settle into Blue Lagoon Cruise’s very own private island beach! Famed for its beautiful snorkelling spots, you will be treated to a day of reef-induced relaxation and treated happy hour onshore while enjoying a traditional Lovo meal later in the evening. Dine amongst the stars and coconut trees in your very own paradise while singing, dancing, and local storytelling unfold around you.

Day 8: Sawa-I-Lau Island, Fiji

An easy guided island walk with panoramic views is offered this morning to visit an island style cake shop and browse the shell market. Laze in the sun or try your hand at basket weaving. A guided snorkelling safari is on offer today. Lunch is served on board as Fiji Princess cruise north for a private guided visit to the amazing Sawa-I-Lau caves. The village of Tamasua welcomes us to a yaqona ceremony, a guided walk around the village and a village-style ‘feast’ prepared and cooked by the village women. You will be Fijian for the night, sitting on the mats, eating Fijian village food. The villagers will share their culture and home with us this evening.

Day 9: Drawaqa Island, Fiji

A very insightful Marine Biologist will hop on board and educate you about local marine life and the conservation work, continually being upheld in the region. Luckily you have visited a unique period where you can go snorkelling with Manta Rays who are only around from May to October! Other activities such as an insight into the local island school where Vinaka Fiji Volunteers work or for something more daring, an abseiling experience reaching down to the stunning sea below. You will be treated to a barbecue under the stars this evening.

Day 10: Port Denarau, Fiji

Farewell Fiji today as board your flight home or ask us about our flexible flights & extend your stay.

With only 68 passengers on board, the Fiji Princess is the perfect boutique small-ship to cruise the Fijian Islands on. She can anchor just off the shore and reach untouched beaches, perfect for snorkelling and swimming. She may be small, but the newly refurbished Fijian Princess still has all the facilities you need on a tropical island cruise, including a swimming pool, the Senikai Spa, and ample sundecks.

Both the atmosphere and dress code are relaxed on board the Fiji Princess, as you ease into island life you can choose to do as much or as little as you like. Join the Blue Lagoon Cruise Crew for a local village tour, go exploring on one of the clear kayaks, or just sit on the white sandy beach and take in the view.

Be carried away to paradise with a full day relaxing at their private beach on Nanuya Lailai Island.
Swim in the caverns of the famous and sacred Sawa-I-Lau Caves
Visit a remote Yasawa Island village and Be part of a traditional kava ceremony, enjoy a traditional meke performance and browse the village market
Get friendly with the local reef fish when you participate in fish feeding or really get to know some of the bigger reef ‘locals’ when you swim with sharks or manta rays (seasonal)
