Narvik is a beautiful Norwegian town situated between stunning mountains in the west & spectacular fjords to the north & south. You can stroll through the beautiful countryside or head to one of the town's museums. Ofoten Museum tells the story of Narvik's history of fishing & shipping. While there is the Red Cross which tells the story of the early battles from there is WWII.

Day 17: Funchal, Madeira

Funchal is sheltered by hills, and recognised for its harbour, gardens and Madeira wine cellars. The centuries-old Cathedral mixes Gothic and Roman styles, with the carved wooden ceiling as its pièce de résistance. Fronting the harbour is the São Tiago Fortress, built in the 1600s and now houses the Contemporary Art Museum, with a large collection of Portuguese inspired pieces.

Day 18: Las Palmas, Canary Islands

Founded in 1478, today Las Palmas is a bustling, cosmopolitan city with plenty of Spanish ambience, culture and history to go around. Take a scenic drive through the Angostura Valley for an unforgettable experience. At Playa de Las Canteras, a coral barrier lines the beach and shelters swimmers. The annual Las Palmas de Gran Canaria carnival brings together flamboyantly costumed performers, music and dancing.

Day 19: Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain

The port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife welcomes you ashore on its ramblas (wide, tree-lined avenues) that lead to the central Plaza de España. Discover churches built in a variety of architectural styles, from the insular baroque of the church of St. Francis, to the colonial Canary style of the church of the Concepciòn. Find one of the best preserved castles of the island of San Juan, known as Castillo Negro (black castle) because it was built with lava rock and stumble upon incredible beaches offering palm trees, a warm breeze and a refreshing dip in the sea.

Day 20: Gran Canaria, Canary Islands

This island is called a "Miniature Continent" due to the different climates and variety of landscapes found. Spend time on its Black lava & white sand beaches, or head to the Maspalomas Dunes. The Islands most popular areas are Playa del Ingles & Las Canteras Beach. One of the most iconic thing to see in Gran Canaria is the Roque Nublo a beautiful rock formation & vista point.

Day 21: Arrecife (Lanzarote), Canary Islands

The capital of Lanzarote in the Canary Islands, Famed for the abundance of reefs surrounding the island. In the old quarter, the 17th-century San Ginés Church has a bell tower and a Mudéjar-style ceiling. The Agustín De La Hoz mansion now houses a cultural centre. Playa del Reducto beach has golden sand and calm waters. The International Museum of Contemporary Art displays abstract works in San José Castle, an 18th-century fortress.

Seville stands as the capital of the Andalusia region in southern Spain. The home of Flamenco dancing, Alcazar castle and the 18th century Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza bullring. Another note worthy fact: the Gothic Seville Cathedral is the site of Christopher Columbus’s tomb!

Day 24: Lisbon, Portugal

Welcome to the hilly, coastal capital of Portugal. The views from Sao Jorge Castle will allow you to spot the cities pastel coloured buildings, Tagus Estuary Natural Reserve and the suspension bridge. Venturing slightly outside of the city opens you up to beautiful beaches from Cascais to Estoril!
