From great coffee to street food & jazz bars there is something for everyone in this amazing town. One of the most popular attractions in Fremantle is the old Fremantle Prison built in the 1850s you can take a tour with a guide & paddle through the underground water tunnels. Day 5: Esperance, Australia

Home to incredible surf breaks and national parks, Esperance is detailed to have some of the most pristine waters in the world. Lake Hillier is a striking shade of pink, unlike anything you’ve ever witnessed.

Day 9: Kangaroo Island, Australia

Acting as the third largest island in Australia, you will stumble upon an abundance of native wildlife such as kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and fur seals. Aside from animals, the island is home to fisherman and farmers who produce fresh food and dishes that can’t be missed! At the end of the day, take a moment to absorb the diverse landscape that Kangaroo Island exudes.

Day 10: Portland, Australia

Portland is a city on the southwest coast of Victoria, Australia. The site of Victoria's first permanent European settlement, it has more than 200 19th-century buildings, many made of bluestone. The Portland Cable Tram travels along the foreshore, past the Portland Botanic Gardens, established in 1857. The Portland Maritime Discovery Centre has exhibits on the city's maritime history.
