Mediterranean and Caribbean Adventure Cruise Itinerary

Welcome to Barcelona! Relax in an open air-cafe in Placa Reial, sip espresso and watch the crowds wandering in and out, before boarding the Norwegian Epic to start your cruise!
Edge offers cuisine to suit every appetite, including two main dining rooms, self-service buffet, range of cafes, grills and quick options. Indulge in signature chef dishes and curated wine selections, ensuring a varied experience with each visit.
Cruise to Naples, located on Italy’s stunning Amalfi coast, a city rich in history. A tour around Naples’ grand piazzas, cathedrals and castles in the old centre will take you back centuries. Pompeii is not too far either, a dashing city which boasts diverse cultural offerings and charming streets.
Endless adventures await in Rome. With two and a half thousand years of history, art and culture, it is no wonder Rome is one of the most visited cities on the planet. Gaze at the masterpieces of the Vatican or walk into the past with visits to ancient relics, historic monuments and legendary museums. Or people-watch while sipping on an espresso in a quaint cafe.
Today you’ll have the opportunity to snap that perfect picture, supporting the Leaning Tower of Pisa then enjoying a pizza. Travel to Florence for more delicious Italian cuisine, be enamoured by the Duomo and Michelangelo’s “David” statue right before the beautiful sunset over the Arno River.
Situated on the French Riviera, Cannes is home to the annual, international film festival. Home to upmarket boutiques, palatial hotels, pristine beaches and the epicentre of French luxury and style.
The city was founded 2100 years ago and is overflowing with history. Wander the cobblestone streets and alleyways that surround the Gothic cathedral as the focal point of Palma.
Welcome back to Barcelona! It’s now time to enter the second leg of your cruise, a transatlantic journey to the Americas.
Another day to enjoy all the fantastic ship facilities, soak in one of the hot tubs, play with the kids at the aqua park, or enjoy a sundowner at one of the many bars.
Funchal is sheltered by hills, and recognised for its harbour, gardens and Madeira wine cellars. The centuries-old Cathedral mixes Gothic and Roman styles, with the carved wooden ceiling as its pièce de résistance. Fronting the harbour is the São Tiago Fortress, built in the 1600s and now houses the Contemporary Art Museum, with a large collection of Portuguese inspired pieces.

With so many bars and lounges to discover, finding your favourite may take a few days. Feel the energy of pumping beats at Bliss Ultra Lounge. Chill out inside the Ice Bar or hit peak relaxation and order a beer at Waves Pool Bar. Whether you’re looking to meet up with friends or make new ones, there’s always an opportunity to mix it up. Entertainment on board Epic is definitely not in short supply, sit there in awe at the ballroom dancing with Ballroom Blitz. Be dazzled by Cirque Dreams & Dinner, featuring world-class acrobats and aerialists. Let loose at Howl at the Moon, the World’s Greatest Rock N’ Roll Duelling Piano Bar. There’s a show for everyone on board!

Measuring only 37 square miles, Phillipsburg is the smallest landmass in the world to be ruled by two opposing governments. Though both offer stunning blends of classic and modern architecture.
St. Thomas is home to one of the most breathtaking harbours in the world. Once home to pirates in centuries past, today visitors find treasures of a different kind, for now beautiful beaches and bountiful duty-free shopping are truly its claim to fame.
If you manage a spare minute from all of the other options on board, check out the Epic Plunge at the Aqua Park, spice up your day with the adults only beach club and relax with a pamper session at Mandara spa!
A central port in Florida, Canaveral is one of the busiest in the world. Over 3.9 million cruise passengers passed through last year alone! Once in Orlando, you’ll be treated too over 12 theme parks with Walt Disney World as the key attraction. The new hot spot, Universal Orlando, is home to Universal studios and Harry Potter World which makes for a fun day out.
Your personal island, strictly for NCL passengers. The small island in the Bahamas is home to pristine beaches, impeccable water and more palm trees than you could poke a stick at.
Relax with a hot stone massage or go the more traditional route of a facial, massage or acupuncture. Then head off for a specialty meal and a bottle (or two) of wine.
A quaint port town on Jamaica’s northern coast, it has transformed from a fishing village to a hotel hot spot and cruise ship harbour. You’ll also find a vast rainforest, rivers and waterfalls.
Capital of the Cayman Islands, George Town is a financial hub and port of call for a majority of cruise ships. The National Museum is housed in a 19th-century building on Harbour Drive, with displays of local history, culture and wildlife.
Cozumel is very popular for it’s pristine scuba diving and snorkelling conditions, showcasing an abundance of reef structures and submerged sculptures. There is also an array of marine life including dolphins, turtles and manatees.
You have arrived back in Orlando, check out the sites you missed on your first visit before catching your complimentary flight back home.
